I currently need help regarding this matter. I am doing a research so I can better discuss this topic in class. I just want to know what are the key differences you know regarding these 3 routers. I know "N" is the newest and "B" is the oldest but other than that I would like to know more infos. I saw some details in the net but most of them were posted about a decade ago? That may not help me. I saw one posted 2002 and it says that "N" is currently in the draft state. Is it still in the draft state right now? Replies would be very much appreciated.

Hello Miyazaki, that's a good question. Fortunately the letters BGN are also in chronological order. B type are the earliest type and the speed is 11 MBPS G are the next generation and the speed is 54 MBPS N are the latest type and the speed is 250 MBPS. I guess that soon enough there will be another letter on the end for something even faster. I see a lot of N routers for sale, so I think they are developed already. It doesn't take long. K.
