These days, I have a big problem of my sleep. The concrete problem is that I need to spend one hour or more in falling into my sleep. And I am so worried about it. As you know, sleep is one of the most important things to us. If you couldn't have a good sleep, you won't have a high efficiency on your work and learning in the next day. So I attach importance to sleep all the while. Some days ago, I bought an eyeshade online to get a better sleep. At the beginning, the effect is good, but now I couldn't fall into my sleep again. The main problem is that I will consider of many things unconsciously after going to bed. I start to think all the things unconsciously at all times until I'm too tired to fall into sleep. I couldn't fall into my sleep naturally. I'm very sad about that. My mylot friends, do you have any problems of your sleep? Do you have any good means to help me to fall into sleep? Thank you!

Hi, Look into your sleeping pattern, maybe you are not on the exact time to go to bed. I used to have sleep problems way back when I could get to sleep in the daytime due to my working schedule and when it is time to go to bed at about ten or eleven in the evening, I was still wide awake until one or two past midnight. I have to wake up late for that and the pattern is repeated again. Now I make it a point not to sleep too much during the day, so when night time falls, I am more than ready for bed. Insomnia can be a bad thing but can cured easily by simple mean. Look also into the room temperature, the food, drinks you take, the activities you do right before bed, lighting, ambient noise and your general health. These things affect sleep too.

Thank you very much for your kindly response. Maybe what you say is why I couldn't get into my sleep. Just as what you said, the sleeping time is very important. I am really used to go to bed at 12 o'clock or even later. I also heard of the saying that if you go to bed at 10 or 11, you can get a best sleep. So maybe I need to modify my sleeping time. But you know, changing a habit is a tough thing, I need to do more to overcome it. For my nice sleep, I figure that it's time to make some changes.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your feelings very well and how desperate u are get more sleep. i know sleep is very much pivotal for our health and if u neglect it u can never have a sound health. But the outside pressure and work never lets u get a good sleep. I think all u need to do is forget all the tensions and stress while u are sleeping and i am sure u will get a good sound sleep. What say?

Thank you very much for your reponse. I agree with what you have said. I also konw that when I am falling into my sleep, I should clear all the things in my brian. But you know, it is not easy. Just as what you said, it may be the only way to get a good sound sleep. I will try my best to do it. I think if a man could have a nice sleep, he is lucky.

I believe you have tried many methods to have a better sleep but it seems you haven't found it yet. I'd like to share you one new method. I downloaded an app about sleeping via the net. It can work in the tablet or cellphone. When you turn it on, you can choose the natural sound such as the rain drops, water, wave etc. so that it can play for you until you fall asleep. It works for me quite well. I can easily fall asleep and then next day I can wake up without problems. I feel refresh after that.

I also had that problem...its difficult for me to fall asleep even though i tried everything......I even run around our house just to become tired but my thoughts are still awake but then someone told me that i should eat Banana 30 minutes before sleeping for banana have nutrients that may relax your muscles and nerves. So, I tried and its working on me...so, please try it, maybe it works.
