Do you concerned with your health ?

Some peoples already know that smoking,drinking is not good for health,sleep less than 5 hours a day,can't manage time for eat is not good for health,but everyday they're always did the same thing.Do you think they concerned with their health,do you have own ways for that.

Of course I'm very concerned with my health..I don't smoke, drink, I sleep at least 6-7 hours and i watched what i've eat.

I am not a health freak but I would never abuse my body , like drinking and smoking and after knowing nothing good can come of those . I have never heard any good thing about drinking and smoking . I am happy I dont have to deal with those kind of people . I sleep whenever my body want it , I would not push my body to the limit. I have certain time of the year that we party a lot so we dont get much sleep but nothing is wrong with that because its not a every day thing .

Sometimes i have to sleep at midnight too cause of my works,but i'll try that's can't be happened everyday.After that i try to consume some vitamins.

I don't think they do love themselves if they do this abusive things to their body or to their health. Sometimes these people will learn to take care of thereselves if something happens to them seriously.

I am rather concerned about my health at the moment, and one of the things that I have been trying to do is lose weight. I was very overweight a couple of years ago, and I thought that I had to do something about it. So, for the past two years, I have been dieting and exercising and I have managed to lose 125lbs of weight, which is more than half of my body weight. I am proud of myself, but I am constantly trying to think of things that I could do in order to improve my health, because I want to secure my future.

Yes, we all knew that smoking is hazardous to our health but still many can't stop or quit. Just like drinking, it's for socializing but if it became a habit it would affect one's health. Many can't quit because they are already addicted to it,but if they are determined to quit for the sake of their health some can stop this habit. Clean living, regular exercises with enough sleep and eating the right food is the key to keep us healthy.

Well now, as I grow older and become more mature,I become more concerned of my health.I do annual check up since we do have health card provided by the company I am working now.I do see a doctor if I feel something bad for proper consultation and medication.Unlike before that I don't give much attention when I feel something odd. As they say, prevention is better than cure so better take care of our health all the time.

I am absolutely concerned with my health. In other words, I am a health-conscious person. To be healthy, I work out regularly, at least 3 times a week. To make me fit and healthy, I not only exercise but eat right foods as well.

I don't think they are concerned about their health. They know that bad vices will affect their health- but why can't they stop doing it? Because they doesn't care what will happen to them. A person who is concern of his/her health will avoid things that will harm his/her body- not only for the sake of himself or herself but for the sake of his/her loved ones.

All of us definitely concern of our health and the health of other people. Some sleep in short time span, but it differs to such age. Elders sleep in different cycle, but it is normal in old age group.

I neither smoking nor drinking. I believe the bad habits do harm to one's health. In spite of no negative habits, I lack of necessary exercise. I always stay at dorm, and seldom running or jogging. I have to be energetic from now.

i have to say,i have some issues with my sleep,nowadays i always get to sleep after midnight,and this is a very bad manner,but i just could not get over it,i am so worried now,if this situation goes on,i think it will affect my health..
