There are so many diet pills out there. They are sold in retailers, without prescription. Ingredients from coffee bean extract, green tea extract, red hot chilli pepper, hoodia, raspberry katone, african mango, etc. There are carb blocker, fat blocker, fat burner, appetite supprecer, etc. Have you tried some of these diet pills? Most of them claim a very good placebo results, although not approved by FDA. Does anybody know if any of them has been approved by FDA and proven to be effective? These pills are natural and supplements only.

I don't think it is a good idea to take the diet pills to lose the weight. Basically it just lets you go to the toilet more often so that you can't digest so much to gain weight. And it is a kind of medicine and the medicine will somewhat have the side effects. If you really want to lose the weight, the natural methods are the best. Such as doing some sports and having a balanced diet.

I have seen a lot of people who have taken diet pills to try and lose weight, and for some it seems to have worked. However they are more likely to see results due to the fact that they haven't eaten as much more than anything else. I have lost a lot of weight over the past two years, and I didn't take a single pill in order to do this. It is something that I am very proud of, and there is no way that I would ever advise anybody else to lose weight in this way because of the fact that I know that it is perfectly possible to lose weight sensibly.

Yes I have tried the coffee and tea mixture pill, but i stopped, even it was just food supplement I am not sure, but there's a side effect, I lost my appetite but when the time that I missed the pill i can't stop my cravings. The best thing to do lose weight is to proper exercise and discipline, its hard but we should not rely into something that could possibly endanger our health.
