Have you logged into NeoBux today? If you had, did you notice the Halloween special logo? If you haven't, then have a look at the pic along with this discussion. I find it kind of cute. The O has been transformed into a pumpkin. The smiling pumpkin is so welcoming. How did you like it?

Neobux also put up that on last year's Halloween too. However, it will be so much better if they put in surprises during this time wherein the users will earn more or get lucky to earn more. Like a treat or trick something.
