Will Houston Rockets make to NBA playoffs with James Harden?

Oklahoma City Thunder recently traded James Harden in a 9 player deal. I don't think they can make it to the playoff but Harden will make it a starting lineup in regular season. He was name sixth man of the year in Thunder team. They are lacking at shooting guard spots because they lost Kevin Martin from a trade. What do you think of this?
