And I just wanted to know. I work in retail and I run into people all the time and even when I am in the grocery store or I am out and about with my husband, yes I run into people. I notice that practically almost every guy that I pass by or sometimes girls, but I rarely see it with girls. But every guy that I pass by, I say why do they feel the need as they are shopping or just walking about why do they have the need to sing out loud or have the need to rap. And no they are not listening to music through head phones and no there is no music that is playing in the back ground. They just have the need to sing out loud or rap and I'm sorry to say that most of them really suck at singing and rapping I'm like these people really think they sound awesome when actually they do not. I just had to say that, why??????? Has anyone else notice this or even agree.

People who sing with a not so great voice are said to be "tone deaf". They want to sing and sings out loud without realizing that they sound horrible. But I guess, singing is part of any one of us coz it sometimes kill boredom, we express how we feel through singing no matter how much noise we make, for as long as we feel like it, then nothing else matters. We just need to get along with these people. There ain't no law against people singing with awful voices. Peace!

Yeah that is true there is no law against people to sing with horrible voices. Tone definitely these people are, I just know that I pass by random people who are horrible singers (tone deaf) and they are all loud. I of course would never tell them anything who knows maybe they will get better or notice they are tone deaf and stop all together. But either way we have to live with it.

Well, that is the sad part. But then again, if you can always have something to rant about with your husband or your friends when you pass by another set of "singers". This should liven your day! lol

It must be funny. I don't experience this in my country, though. I don't hear many people sing even with the earphones on... I think I might be the exception, because I can break into song and dance everytime, even unconsciously :D... but I'm not singing loud. I know I suck at singing, but I can't help it, some songs inspire me without me knwoing that much, or come to my mind in the street or remind me of an event I'm living through that I start humming and singing :).

Yes it is quite true...men usually tend to flaunt their singing skills even though they don't have that talent to do it...what is most embarrassing and really sometimes pisses me off is if I am in a public vehicle here in our country, wherein your seatmate will keep on singing while he is listening to his media player...he will not think that he is already singing loud that the entire vehicle already watching him and is being pissed off by his singing!
