Sudden earthquake.....

Good morning people.
Do you the earthquake too?
There was a sudden earthquake here at work.Not all notice it and but some of us did.I just lasted for few seconds but you could really feel it.We don't do anything since it was just for few seconds, but we were waiting if there will another shaking.
Is this just an after shock to an earthquake from other place?
Do you experienced earthquake at work?
What do you usually do when this occurs?

Last month we experienced an earthquake when we're still at work. it was scary and the first thing we did was collect our things and wear our ID's, you know just in case, we have an identification card on our bodies! lol :)

It was just so fast. I guess it was just part of shaking of the earth. Thanked God that it didnt lead to intense earthquake cause we would really be in panic that time. We never experienced earthquake in the office and hopefully would not.

I didn't notice nor felt the earthquake this morning.
Is it already in the news?
I hope this is not a prelude of a stronger quake to come.
Let us hope and pray that God spare the country for another devastating calamity like an earthquake.

We dont know if it was in the news.
It was really quick and fast. Maybe just lates for about five seconds. We waited but nothing follows. Maybe part of nature movement or whatsoever but still we have to pray all the time for our safety.

I haven't felt it today. It may just be very slow and short and wasn't really felt in other cities in our country. I hope nothing bad happens in some other place and it is not that strong somewhere. If I feel earthquake, I go out of the house and go to a vacant lot just outside our house. Or if I am in the office, I would go out and still go to the parking lot. It's safe when you know nothing will suddenly fall down from above like buildings or walls or something. And I make sure I won't panicked.

Well it was really a fast one but it was a bit shaky. Maybe around five seconds.
Well our office is just located at the fourth floor so we can easily go out the building but still when we go out, streets are surrounded by buildings too. We cant really tell what will we do if the actual scenario happens.

I really did not noticed the earthquake this morning but some of my colleagues who occupy the fifth floor of our building said that they really felt the earthquake. They really did not panicked because the moment they have realized that it was an earthquake, it was already stopped.

Yeah it was a bit fast but shaky. Some of my colleagues didnt noticed it too due to preocuppied by work. I was a bit off balanced that time. We waited if there are still some shakes to follow but nothing follows so we went back to work.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Oh my goodness, i am sure u all must have been shocked to experience the earthquake at your place. Well to be very honest, i have never experienced any earthquake and i have heard how people come out of their houses and buildings while earthquakes and also there is severe shaking of the walls during that which is very much scary. I think rather than getting scared one should always run out of the house or building during the earthquakes.

I was just for about five seconds I guess.
I experienced intense eartquake when I was seven years old. It was really intense cause I could really felt it that the groud was shaking since we were outside the house that time.

We didn't feel it from here. I'm in Southern Luzon, I think it happened closer in Manila. My parents live there and I texted them but they said they didn't feel it. I'm still insisting to see if it will be on the news advisory in a bit. How strong was it?

Dont know how strong it was. We just felt for about five seconds. Since we are just few in the office today cause some are already on leave. I think four of us notice it that cause I was off balanced, the other one got dizzy and the one went to out to her cubicle cause she was worried. I dont know if it was an earthquake or if it was on the news. It was really fast. We stopped for a while to see if there will be another shake but nothing follows so we went back to work and dont get bothered.
