Bacon.. how creative have you done with bacon?

Bacon is on the top list of my favorite food. Bacon makes every meal taste sooooo good. The smoky aroma and the sizzling sounds from the pan, o la la, can't beat that out. My boys can run downstairs instantly just by smelling the aroma.
This fantastic food has made people to become so creative to incorporate all different kinds of recipe with bacon!
There is bacon sundae, bacon candies, bacon jam, bacon chocolate bar, bacon cup cakes, bacon ice cream, and the long list will go on.
I love peanut butter, jelly, and bacon sandwiches..
Pancake, with nutella and bacon are also awesome.
My kids are crazy for my bacon brownies.
Tacos with bacon bits, love it.

I doubt that my favorite bacon recipe is new to anyone. I had the tasty treat at a church dinner in Texas. Jalepeno peppers were stuffed with cheese, bacon wrapped, then grilled. I found it almost impossible to stop eating the appetizer!

That will be interesting to try. Jalapeno with bacon and cheese. It's going to be spicy salty. I like to mix sweet and salty. Maybe I'll try next time, with bell peppers stuffs with bacon and cheese. Start with mild one first, my boys don't eat spicy.

put the bacon with donuts, sweet and salty..

I love food and everything about bacon and bacon'd eaten without thinking.
In most cases my mother cook and I just sit down and eat and do not cook much.
but maybe if I have time to unleash the imagination and think of something wonderful and fantastic with my favorite bacon.

I have never thought of anything like these. I don't get bacon often enough to be creative with it. The most creative i've been isprobably putting into a salad. Of course we know that would be good though. I might not want to waste my bacon in something and it wouldn't be good.

Bacon makes everything tastes good..so dont be affraid to put bacon on your food. Try and be creative with it..

Hey wfhchristiner, you're like my husband, bacon is on the top of his all-time favorite food. You have some very good and creative ideas, I think I will have to look into this to make him happy, lol!
So far, I think the only "creative" bacon dish that I have served to my husband is bacon wrapped asparagus and bacon wrapped shrimp. I know it's not that uncommon but hey, the hub is happy because there's bacon lol!

If I am lazy or coming late from work, then sometimes I just heat up Campbell soup/stew.. then put some bacon on it. You can cook the bacon, or just put bacon bits.. Even a can of vegetable soup becomes fantastic because of bacon!
