It seems to me that you need to have a change of job. When you do not like your job anymore, you surely have to strength or the will to do it and this will surely affect your performance. This is just my perception. It could also be that you are just tired. Perhaps try taking a vacation leave and see how you feel about your job when you are not working. If you feel like getting back to work, then perhaps it has solved the problem. But if still you do not want to work or the feeling is the same, then it is time to scout for a new job. Whatever you decide, I wish you good luck.

If you're not happy with your job and you feel tired and makes you want to quit, just try to reflect on the things that you want to do first and then list all the pros and cons of quitting the job. If the cons outweigh the pros, then you know what to do. If you decided not to continue with it, just make a plan so you can get another job and will not lose your budget while looking for another one. Good luck to you!

There must be some valid reason behind all of these. Maybe you feel that your job has been sort of a routine that you feel it does not allow you to grow as a person. Think about it well and know if you still want the job or if you are ready to seek a new one.

Hi, It is more tiring having nothing to do, why it can kill me eventually. No matter how boring or how tyrant my superior may be, I thrive on it even if it seems to be my end of the tether. Yeah, I'm tired but wait until I stop doing something and the real tiring moment begins.

Maybe you're just burnt out with the daily notions of your work and it has become monotonous to the point having a paycheck by the end of two weeks has also lost its appeal to you. Try to have a break even for a couple of days. Relax and get away from it all for a few hours and it could make a whole lot of difference. Maybe you just need a breather. If all else fails, you can always look for another job but don't quit your current job unless you already have something waiting for you.

Hello, First of all, think, if you really want to quit the job, think, if you can handle your life without your earnings, If you have family, think of them. I wouldn't quit my job unless i have found a new, better one. Happy mylotting!

I think your work isn't challenging anymore for you, that it somehow became routine and a bit monotonous. These could weigh us down psychologically, and our bodies also react to this, making us feel very tired.

Why don't you file a leave of absence, like a month or two, so you can have time to think about your current situation. I do feel the same sometimes, like why does my job don't have sem-break and summer vacation like when I was still in College. But whenever I think of those days where I don't have a job, I compare them to my present situation and I always found that being unemployed is much harder than being in job that you aren't happy anymore.

Don't force yourself to do what you don't like to do.Otherwise you can't do a good job.For everything you have missed ,you have gained something else, and for everything you gain, you lose something else.

Actually, we are eager to get a job. But once into a job and we are to do the same thing again and again, we feel so bored. Struggling for it doesn't seem to be worthy enough. But having a boring job is better than having 3 free months to yourself.
