Yes, I do. I don't do it every night though. A lot of times I will cook several things on Sunday and put them in the refrigerator for dinners during the week so dinner is easy to put together during the week since both my wife and I work.

I know how to cook and I cook very well, but I hate to cook which causes me stress. It's because I don't like to stand up for a long time, because I have arthritis in my knees even though I'm only 53. That would be great if someone invented something that would take care of itself while its cooking. lol
