Shrimp and alcohol consumption

Has anyone heard that consuming shrimp and alcohol will cause distressing physical symptoms? My daughter said she found on line somewhere that some people have a reaction like this to alcohol and seafood. Has anyone experienced any symptoms such as dizziness, sweating, nausea, a big drop in blood pressure, and a feeling of passing out after consuming alcohol and eating seafood?
