During earlier times, curfew hours are being implemented strictly in different places in order to protect young people from lawless elements that are present at the time of the night. It is still implemented in some places. Do you think that giving curfew hours can really safeguard youth from harm?

At present, no one is safe, even inside their home they get die or accident might happen. But still i think that it is still safe for young ones if they are under curfew. Like there is a time that they are allowed to go outside their houses or else they need an adult with them to guide them. This is to avoid them to be a victim of a crime and to save them to get influenced to do things that some of the teenagers do. Curfew can save teens from possible harm but never an assurance that they are totally safe as no one is safe at present days.

Having had a son that was in and out of trouble, I really don't think a curfew would have mattered. A child will get into trouble day or night so I don't think the curfew would make a difference, probably even make it worse. Kids think they're instoppable when it comes to getting in trouble.

Curfews can help to prevent getting the youngsters involved in such petty crimes and even as accessory to big time ones. Since they're at the age wherein they're very curious, looking for acceptance and trying to look cool, they're very vulnerable and very easy to persuade to do something illegal. At least with curfew, it will serve as a deterrent for these youngsters to converge together and look for trouble.

I think yes. It helps a lot for them to discipline not to roam and go outside for during the nights it is already dangerous. Crimes are everywhere and very prone during nights.

I think the curfew principles is really needed, since most youngsters are becoming out of control. That it includes the increase incidence of juvenile deliquent cases. During the curfew era in 1970s, the crimes decline because of this.
