My neighbor had an estate sale the last couple of days and in particular on today it really caused our little cul-de-sac to be full of cars and trucks. I had to go out twice and the second time it was so jammed I had to really work to find a way out. But what is one to do. I'm not mad or anything. He is moving and has a lot of stuff he doesn't want to have to move and of course some money for it would be nice for him. I didn't realize how busy and congested it would make things. He has been a good neighbor so I am sorry to see him go. I knew nothing about estate sales which meant I didn't know that they start really early in the morning like before six am and that people, lots of people, come that early.

It's generally the dealers who resell items, and hard-core bargain hunters who come that early. I rarely buy anything at such sales because often times what's left is uninteresting to me. I hope your neighbor did well, and I know what it's like when good neighbors move away. Hope your new ones will be just as good.
