office assault/ commotion: She is not your boss she just another co-employee

I don't know why but our office problem got worst. Well, the issue does not come from our office but from the other office . Well, i am partly benefited on the commotion for i really hated the person they hate also. She's my superior who do nothing but give all her jobs on me and she receives the credit ...while i receives the blame...but i keep silent on that matter. Then, the devil superior got conflict with the other office....cause she shouted on someone's employee which is out of her jurisdiction... so, the other boss come over and assaulted her......many of our co-workers are happy of what had happened to her...IT HER KARMA as they said....though we should not be happy for she was hurt but she should learn.... Honestly, i am guilty...i am also happy when she was assaulted...sorry ....

Your reaction is normal so don't feel guilty. I think everyone would feel that specially if someone is using you and you don't know or won't do nothing about it.

I would have felt the same, too. It's part of human nature. No one can be 100% godly and moral. And she 100% deserved it. It's a good thing to happen, because these events make people think about what they do wrong.
