RCBC Mywallet Visa card

I have open a RCBC Mywallet Visa Card just now. I just wanted to ask my fellow mylotters who are withdrawing funds on paypal and tried to withdraw funds even your visa card is still new. Can i use my visa card and enter the 16 digit as bank account for paypal withdrawal?
