Trojan Help

Hello, I recently got a sirefef trojan on my pc. I have run several scans and finally got one that found it and removed it. While my pc is running faster, I am still having issues with search engines. Google runs very slow and then once it finally does show links the links redirect me to ads unless I run Goored every time I start my computer. This is happening in all browsers and I have tried running CCleaner. I'm hoping someone here will have some helpful answers.

use eset online scanner, which is best at removing content.
firstly remove goored,i have just searched it and dislike it. use malwarebytes which is one of best at detecting malwares.
have you installed any anti virus, if not use avast or avira. both are highly rated for free service they offer.

Try downloading Malwarebytes. It has good detection rate against trojans and viruses. I fixed my problem before using that. Also scour around your start up setups and registry. You might find those highly suspicious programs infesting your computer.
