How about if use adsense on my blog which use guest blog?

I have one blog that now use guest blog and google adsense. Now, i am just learning about to build a new niche blog. Is it okay? or it will cause my blog will be banned? Because i have a plan, to use linkworth too (still learning too). Because on guest blog, overall, will put their link to promote their blog or their business. Is it ok for adsense? I'm afraid, because my other blog had just banned from google adsense, but i still have the account. they only banned my blog, not my account. What do you suggest?
