Planned reunion

I'm so much excited to hear updates from my friends for the upcoming planned reunion in one of the most famous restaurant now in town.But I just wonder why more people really wanted to have a reunion near Christmas season?Is it because it's more on sharing love season.....It's been 5 years we never meet with my college friends and knowing this coming event really makes me to flashback the memories we've shared together....It seems i'm very overwhelmed.Well that's how I really give importance to my friends.

Maybe because of the festive season, or that's the time we have a short vacation, or maybe to held a Christmas party as well. 
But nevertheless, reunions are quite a party to attend to. Unfortunately, I missed two reunions now because I've been working abroad both times reunions were held for my elementary and high school batch.

School reunion nowadays are held during the Christmas season because it has the longest holiday and it's the only time that friends and classmates from abroad and other far places would come home.
I haven't attended any of my class reunion because I was always busy or had commitments during this season.
