Hi. I had joined hubpages 2 years ago but not active there. But recently I read that hubpages are very strict due to google penguin update and now they are rejecting articles which don't have quality. Many writers see the drop in their earnings and some of them even left it. So are you writing for this site? What's your experience? Cheers.

A few days back,I was toying with the idea of joining Hubpages.Earlier I had already joined Expertscoloumn and Wikinut. Before joining these two sites I knew that I would have to struggle with lack of time to be active in them. Therefore I was hesitant to join Hubpages. Now in nearly a couple of months I have written only three articles for the two article writing sites that I have joined. So now I have postponed my plan to join Hubpages. The latest information you have given here about this article writing site are new to me.

Time is scarce if we have so many things to do. But these Web 2.0 sites can prove useful for republishing our work. Rather than writing articles for these sites, I would prefer to write for my own blogs and then, repackaged something I wrote to reach new readers. Anyway, I haven't found my rhythm just yet so my productivity is low. But one of these days, I may decide to publish something at HubPages.

The same is the problem with me.Time is scarce and my mind seems blank.I tried to write at least one article for expertscoloumn, but could not write even a couple of sentences.Let me see when I restore my rhythm.

I heard the same thing too, that it's hard to use hubpages these days, but if you want to earn money writing articles you can use Squidoo, their are strict too with their rules, but not like hubpages...

I joined a lot of Web 2.0 sites to increase my online presence and learn about online moneymaking. Then, I realized that it would be better if I have my own domain and spend time building it rather than write for other sites. Now, I'm planning on turning all my Web 2.0 accounts into landing pages for my blogs.
