She's only 17 months old but she knows a lot of things now. She's pretty much active and she loves her alphabet cards. She knows what's honey, pillow, apples, spoon and base. She can repeat words as well and knows the solar system. hahaha. Of course who could be more proud than me.. her mom! :))

aawwwwww! not to mention she's very cute and pretty too!! I am one proud Ninang too! But don't rush her to learning academics, it's too soon. I read that children at her age should not be forced but we should let them play and discover things on their own. So let her play and move and discover the world :) Miss her so much!

Yeah, that's what I doing. Her books are all crumpled and teared, also her cards, but I just don't care as long as she's learning. Just the other day she knew what to do with pencil and crayons. She even signed her uncles arm using a pen the other yesterday. It's funny co's it looks like she put a signature on her uncle's arm as if telling him... your mine tito. hahaha.

Hi friend, good to know about your daughter, really she is very smart girl to become more wise in her 17 months. Teach a lot of good things to her and made her to be bright. It is not easy to raise a kid, you must need more patience and tolerance to take care of little kids

Oh my little one is taking my patience to its limits most of the time and to think she's only 17 months, other moms told me that I still have two her with her before she finally slow down with things. It's scary but I know I can make it. You are totally right it's not easy to be a mom but it's also the most beautiful and satisfying thing ever when you see your kids are being good children. I'm investing all of me in my daughter, I'm hoping for big returns in the future. I am praying that God will be with me all through the way :). Happy mylotting to you!

Wow, your daughter is so smart. She's just 17 months and she knows a lot already. Based on your post, you're a very proud mom. She's really someone to be proud of. You need to continue teaching her. Her IQ maybe is very high. Congratulations! You're doing great mom. Keep up the good work. Thanks for sharing and happy mylotting.

Thank you. She's very smart of course there's bias when I say that co's I'm the mom. hahaha. But a lot of people were telling me that she's really advance on her age. She loves to imitate what she saw on tv this time so I am taking an extra cautions with what we're watching about. Actually having my sister in law around is a great help when it comes to teaching my daughter. It's them who taught her a lot of dancing and some other goods things. I do the number and the phonics. Thanks again.

I can understand the excitement and why you feel so proud. Little kids learns easy that is why we must take care of what we are teaching them. Or- we must be aware that they are imitating us, or other people around them.

Thanks, I can't help myself but show how proud I am of being my daughter's mom. Whenever we visited friends, she never fails to make them smile with her dance. One time a friend of mine tried to teach her the solar system and she was willing to be taught, but we always broke with laughter because she pronounce earth as "uh" and she kept on repeating it when she saw that we are laughing whenever she said the word. Oh! I love my baby so much. I sometimes cry just staring at her, co's I cannot bear the thought of losing her. :))

What I actually have observed is.. that she listen well whenever she looks at educational videos, and then try to imitate what she just saw or heard. She recognized some letters but not all of the letters in the alphabet though, but as her age I could tell that she's very advance. Just tonight, her dad was trying to teach her how to count, my hubby says, one, two, three and my daughter would five, six, seven, eight, and nine. Of course not that fluently but we could recognize the words. I just hope though that she'll be like that till she goes to school. Thanks for the comment. :))

Oh my baby is like that too. She loves to dance, she likes gangnam too. I don't like gangnam until my baby started dancing it, and now... I trying to dance it myself, so funny! hahaha. Actually there was this time when we ride a trike and she dances from the sound the trike made. Yup, this is our reward.. to be happy with what our kids accomplishes. Let keep up the good work in teaching them and guiding them.

wowwwwwwwww.... well, would you like to see a developmental pediatrician... she might be a gifted one.. It is good if she will be detected at early age so you can do something about her progress and development. Such intelligence should not be wasted. The Development Pediatrician will conduct several battery of tests to know what your child's IQ. who knows, she could be the next eistein.. congratulations proud mama.... ;)

Thanks, I can't help but be proud. This is probably the reward of the hardwork of being a mommy. :) Oh, where would I see a developmental pediatrician? All I know is the doctor (pediatrician) we visited whenever her health got wrong. hahaha. Of course I would love to help her develop her intelligence, but still I want my girl to be a normal girl. Thanks!
