drink eight glasses of water can make our body healthy we must drink water everyday exactly if we get dehydration don't drink cola if you drink a little water and reduce more sugar drinking safe our kidney ... save our heart now

Water is vital to make sure our body is in a healt - Water is vital to make sure our body is in a healthy condition.
Drinking adequate water for our bodily needs is vital. But excessive intake of water can lead to water poisoning. So we must listen to our body and drink when it tells us to. Dehydration occurs when our body does not have enough water or fluids which can have a deadly impact on our life. Drink enough of water. No more no less.

I believe too, drinking when not thirsty can impair concentration, rather than enhance, and separate evidence suggests that chemicals used for disinfection found in bottled water could be bad for our health. Do you believe it or not?

Yes i believe it drink 8 glasses of water just suggestion i think we can drink water if our body need it so don't over drink water we can drink water as needed

Your right!. My OB advised me to drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday because I have my infections. Drinking plenty of water is great for our skin as well and help us lose weight, helps build muscles, helps us smarter and good for our joints for simply drinking water our body will benefits a lot.
