why mylot.com is so addicting.

Smoking is a form of addiction. Alcoholism is a form of addiction. Gambling is a form of addiction. and Addiction is inherited. If your parents or one of your parents is a smoker one of his/her children will surely be a smoker, same with alcoholic parent/s, there will be an offspring or offsprings that will be alcoholic, because addiction is inherited. I am a smoker, though my parents were smokers, too. I am not encouraging smoking it is bad please.. i am not a good role model I am just a sharer.
This does not lie what my discussion is, just giving you a good point where addiction is coming from. Have you been addicted to mylot.com? Why or why not? Thanks for you reply.

@Mavic123456 I go through phases. Complete addiction to the point I am here for hours and hours. Or stay on for a little while just to catch up on notifications.
And some times, actually it's not that often I will just check in on here without doing anything. But one thing for sure is that I always come back. Even if I don't really feel like it, I will try to answer people back so I don't lose the notification or I will save it so I can come back to it later.

I am imprssed you dug all my old discussions. I didn't know that we can save notifications, this was my problem here now, because sometimes I am not busy then suddenly I will just be busy and could hardly see the site.

I would say that I got hooked being at Mylot coz since the day I became active 4 months ago, there has been no day that I did not participate in any discussion. It has been a routine I guess, to log in as soon as the kids are already in school.

I guess all stay at home moms needs some diversion, too. It may be such a bore if all we could do is to do everything for the family and yet we forget ourselves on how to enjoy life. We also need our own time for ourselves sometimes.

I'm on myLot a lot more in the winter than summer. Summers I'm out and about in the nice warm air. Now that it's cold I'm on line a lot more.

There was a time when I would spend hours here at MyLot even here at work. I was really addicted to MyLot then. But then there comes a time when there's a lull, like I can't find interesting enough discussions, so I don't come as often. And now I could not come here for days or even weeks. But, when I come back, things are the same, so I get a bit addicted again.
As to addiction per se, maybe it's not a thing that's inherited. Attitudes and habits are adopted by children, but maybe not inherited. Because I could see a lot of children with different habits of their parents. There was a time my parents were chainsmokers, but I never picked up that habit.

good for you. Yes, i found this site quite interesting although sometimes i run out of words to think and type in the comment. Thanks glory I am now and I have read the FAQs, already. I have gained the amount that I am targetting for two weeks. Meaning I am at the right phase, not too addicted but not too passive. My referee is very fortunate one. He earns a lot from me now. LOL

Personally, the chance to relate and connect with people from the other side of the world in the form of discussion is what makes it more appealing and addicting. Also, the fact that you're earning from myLot while doing what you like the most. But I'm not addicted like what my true addictions are. I just find this site relieving and soothing every time I discuss with other people.

No, i have not been addicted to Mylot.com yet, i am still waiting that moment to arrive after heard so many testimony from members here it is such an addictive site to them, they just can't live without it for a day. If i did not log in Mylot.com for few days, i just feel fine as usual, there is not much desire that compel me to log in as much as the urge to drink or smoke that i experienced before. As time go by, i may turn out be a Mylot.com addict, that i would never know how the outcome will be.

Mylot is currently addicting for me right now since I'm in a dire need to earn extra income here in Dubai. Mylotting is one thing I can do after work and during my one day off. If I continue this seriously, I will definitely the cashout limit for this month of December.

It's good to hear that from you about smoking and you would able to share it here. Anyway, I cannot find myself as addict here in mylot, as of now! maybe later. Ha ha ha. This mylot is vulnerable to get addict but it's up to the person on how they will find it. But too much addiction in here is not good though. Let's just know our limitation. I am new here as only one week but I only log in here during night time as soon as kids are sleeping. I will spend at least 30 minutes, including my photo blogging update. For me, I think it depends on how we prioritized things including logging here in mylot.
