Own PTC Site- Will it be a good idea?

I am tired of working for PTC sites. Very low earnings is the major factor. I have an idea to own a PTC site. But i am not sure where to get advertisers and what are the requirements. I wanted to run in it a legit way and with decent earnings to its members. Will it be a good idea to own a PTC site? Eagerly waiting for your responses.
