Dear Mylot freinds, Would like to share a concern of mine with you . I am into service since past 14 yrs but still now suffer from " Monday Blues". Every Monday I hate going to work & drag myself to my workplace with lot of difficulties. However as the week proceeds on I am out of this sickness. Can you suggest a way out to overcome this concern? Do you also feel the same?

So it's not about that that you hate your work. It's the better option. Of course people want to have more rest, and feel uneasy about going to work after one or two days of breaks, especially when they have their obligations on the weekend as well. What about praising yourself on Mondays? Buy a bar of chocolate for yourself let yourself have a spa night when you go home... if it happens once a week, you're going to wait for Mondays really badly... or not really badly, but it's not going to be that hard. Oh, and listen to some good music :).

It's all in the mind! Just think that no matter what day it is, as long as it is a workday, you need to be up and about.

maybe you should look for a new job that is related to your passion, something that you really love so that you dont have to drag yourself to go to work
