Is the people aroud you friendly with you ?

I am a product engineer,and in my company,some people are not friendly with me.Nomatter how well I finish my work,they donot care,and if I make a small mistake ,they will tell the boss immediately,and they are very glad to see this. I really donot understand weather this is they job,this is their habit.I hate them,but in other side,their action tell me that I must improve myself.

It depends. Maybe the boss makes them do that, because otherwise they would be fired. Or they feel their place at risk. But they don't seem nice. Well, either you leave the job, or you see this as a challenge. Do the latter. Prove them you're worth being there!

we are working for the boss,so we should do our best to help each other ,then we will have a nice work time.And the work will be done better.

The people I work around are very friendly. I go into people's houses to clean so I have ot be friendly even if I don't feel friendly as I work for myself and if I loose jobs I don't get paid. People are pleased ot see me and I cheer the eldery folk up.

some people are friendly with us ,but someone are not,they are afraid of you,that you will win the thing which is their in the future.

This is common in working place. All don't like us. we cannot impress all . They may be jealous of you. That's why they complain about you. Yes you are right you should improve ,keep this as your goal you will definitely win their hearts.

well friend there is a saying you cant please everyone .... i do believe as long as they didn't do anything bad to you its ok, just try to improve more on your crafts just take them as your challenge to be a better person.
