Horrible hotel soap

What's wrong with hotel soap. It seems they make it out of school chalk. My skin feels terrible after using it. That's why I usually bring my own travel soap.

Among the hotels that I have been to, all of them provide satisfactory soap for guests. The higher rated ones would even have conditioner, shampoo and body wash gel prepared for you to use. I wonder what kind of soap the hotel that you stayed in provide for its guest. But yeah, one should always have their very own soap and shampoo ready when they go to travel. Unless it's a last minute need for a stay.

A large hotel would need hundreds of soaps for all its rooms. The soap would be cheap and nasty I believe. Sometimes they give shampoo and toothpaste. Again the quality would be very bad I think. I always take my own soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste on my trip. The large ones go into my hold baggage. In my hand luggage I carry tiny bottles and containers plus diaper change stuff for my disabled son.
