Talking tom alternatives for windows 7

there isn't official version of talking tom or any kind of software like it. it's for only entertainment on go and you can't expect it to be on windows 7. but still you can install talking tom on windows 7 using android developer tools. they will work fine on windows 7 with out any problem. you can also install apps similar to talking tom in android developer tools and run them. windows 7 is heavy build, you can expect softwares like dragon natural speaker to run in it and not on phone... i hope you can it...
