You can sign up an account at odesk,elance, or freelancer.com they are reputable freelancing sites that hires independent contractors to various internet workloads. There numerous categories of jobs posted on those freelancing site including the jobs that you have mentioned. One thing though, you need to update and to make a good profile on your account, have a comprehensive CV posted on your profile, take exams and quizzes hosted by your freelancing site so that you will gain good reputation on such freelancing sites, the more quizzes/exams you garnered good grades, the more chance you are qualified for the job offer. hope this helps. :D
