Are people now being enslaved

I believe people are being enslaved through voices they receive to their ears, that no one, except the individual, can only hear it. The voice is dictating the people, making them slaves. Is it true? Someone told me that.

Biblically speaking, all people who are not in Christ according to the scriptures are under the influence of Satan. They are not just enslaved by his voice but he controls them.
