Why do people post a picture of themselves smoking a blunt?

Why on facebook do people think its ok to post a picture of them blowing smoke from their blunt? Do they not know the police,FBI,and CIA be watching everybody and one mistake and you off to jail. Looking stupid on the 10 o'clock news as you are carting off to jail.
