Don't you think Facebook has made your social life surreal?

Lately, I've been thinking of how much hours I spent browsing Facebook, clicking at random links, liking statuses, some of which don't concern me at all, commenting on photos and tagging people. At various points in my life, I have regarded Facebook as my virtual 'social life' because I definitely do not have one nowadays. Lately, I've been busy earning money and studying until the wee hours of the night. Today, I had barely 4 hours of sleep just doing all my pending works, beating the deadline, and doing school tasks. Needless to say, my only relaxation comes in the form of prying at other people's lives via Twitter and Facebook...hmmm...not a good idea at all.

Yeah, like you do I am also fond in Facebook activities this past few months. But sometimes when I am into it am a beat bored also most especially when there's no one to chat at all. Good thing, I discovered Mylot. In here, I do not get bored, in at least a minute or two. There are a lot of interesting topics and stories here. In Mylot, you can earn and learn unlike Facebook, it is just for socializing.

many people nowadays spend much time on social media, because it's the easiest and fastest way to connect to other people. but I don't like socializing my life into social media, I don't like telling people what I'm doing, what I'm going or where I am etc. so tell me why people like posting their activities?
