In online game like MMORPG, you train hard for your character to become high level and become strong to do all quest. Then many new newbie or noob wishper or talk to you ask for help in quest. They are so easy and lazy in playing games, only ask and ask and keep ask help from high level player like you to help them. If you not help, they will turn into big mouth keep tell bad thing or lie that make your reputation in online game looks bad. Will you help this kind of players, that always take and easy way to play games?

Well, I am quite an online gamer myself and I encounter quite a lot of beginners asking for help in leveling up their characters and also for some free stuff. I would always help them if I can. Some online games do give rewards to those who help the beginners to level up. So it is kind of a win-win situation here. When someday I make new character, I get help from other gamers too. So I guess it is not really a bad thing to help each other in the game.

well I don't play these games myself but how reliable can they be if they're just newbies? Sure if someone see's a new player talking bad things about an experienced player like yourself, other experienced players must know it can't be true because they player is new. But if you'd rather not have them saying bad things about you, it seems like you have no choice because this is a form of blackmail, although indirect. What you could do is cut a deal with them. Tell them that they need to do something for you in order for you to help them out and get them started. That's what I'd do. Good luck.

I think it is cool to be a master who has some followers. Even if they are newbies, but they may be masters one day. If you have some free time, why not help them?

For me it depends on how they approach me and ask me if they sound like a beggar to me more than often I would just refer them to guilds that are currently recruiting so they can find help. However, if they sound generally interested in the learning the game and have a long term frame of mind and arent asking for a high level weapon or free armour in the first few conversations then I would help run a few quests to help them get on their feet. Sometimes a new players problem is they are getting ganked by high level campers making it hard for them to complete low level quests so I enjoy showing up and watching any campers leave. There's a difference between people wanting handouts and people who just really want help. Unfortunately the beggars vastly outnumber the sincerely confused. I also find that some beggars actually have high level main accts so I have to really feel like helping.
