Do you ever get tired of posting discussions here in mylot? What do you do?

I wasn't very active for a few days, due to emotional problems and busyness. There are times that I am in the mood of talking and posting a lot, but there are also times that there's nothing on my mind. In times when I don't feel like posting anything, I try my best to comment on any topic I can relate to. Sometimes I'm also in the mood of posting a lot, but not in the mood of reading. What do you do in times when you're lazy and couldn't think of anything to post? How about when you're not in the mood for reading? If you post a discussion, do you respond to all comments or only to those who you can relate to?

When I can't think of anything to write about I check out the no responses because there's usually something there that I can respond to. I want to meet my quota to get paid on the 15th so I just try to keep going.

I try to meet my quota too, but sometimes it's just hard. So I take a little break and just get back when I feel like posting again. We need to reach $10 before the 15th or 30th to be transferred right? Thanks

There's a responsibility in posting our own discussions. When they respond to you, you have to comment back on them. They're waiting for your comments. They want to hear feedback from. Discussion is not a discussion without exchanging our ideas. Whether you agree with them or disagree with them, you have to write your thoughts about their opinions. If you don't want to comment on them then it would be better if you'll just respond to posted discussions next time. There you have less responsibilities.

yes i agree we have to respond back as they will be waiting. Si i dont have much time these days i am not starting any discussions but participating in others discussions .

@prashu Not commenting back was my mistake four to three months ago. I thought that I only have to post my discussions here and just rate them. LOL. I still haven't replied to all my responders until now. Some of them are four months old already. I'm trying my best to get back on them and also to choose the best response. Thanks for the comment. You've got a point. Thanks for the advice about responsibilities here. I've been thinking of that for quite a while. What keeps me from responding to some comments is that I want to reply long comments rather than short ones. And there are times that some people would just post a line or two, so I couldn't really think what to reply after that. Anyway, I thank you for the explanation.

Tired or retired. I am not yet tired of anything in writing. You have more topics there to discuss. It just a matter of writing Mylot. Just make 2-3 hours of writing. It will good for you.

I Like to write too..that really helps in my responses! I can chatter about alot of things...I have a couple friends here and we watch the same soap opera and we chatter back and forth about the daily episode...predict what will happen or what we want to happen..things like that. It is fun to talk with them... I have been watching the soaps for 40 years so I can always tel them what happened back then and t hings like that..the history of the character that they have just met and all that. It is fun. Cooking and crafts are my next best chatter skills...I do most every kind of craft that calls for a needle..I started sewing when I was 8 with embroidery and made my first skirt at age 10 and haven't stopped for the past half century! I really enjoy helping others with their crafts..whether to encourage them to "keep at it" or help them with a problem or give a how to lesson! I quilt and was talking to someone, and she said I had planted the seed for her to start quilting again...and she did! Just recently she posted about a problem she was having and I was able to help her fix it and move on. I enjoy that the most!

I will also do as you said now. Most of the time I will not have any topic to start a discussion on those occasions I will just look for some discussions which I can respond. That's why I have commented more on discussions than starting a new discussion. Thanks that there will be always some dicussions to which I can comment.

Hi there! We are all learning new things everyday here in mylot. I learned that it is so much easier to just post or comment whenever I feel like it. No need to pressure ourselves just to reach our quota. That way, we'll enjoy and have fun while earning at the same time.

A good topic actually. Sometimes if i have to share anything i do post many discussions but there were times when i posted just one or nothing at all. I prefer replying to all comments i get on my discussions.

Thank you. Yes, that's what I do, too, replying to all comments on my discussions. However, it takes time for me to get back. So, sometimes it makes me feel bad to reply a little bit later to them.

Hello there and welcome to myLot.
For as much as I love to write, and I love to write, there are times when I, too, get tired. I don't think it matters what our passion is - reading, writing, bowling or whatever, there are times when a good old fashioned break is needed.
I love writing but I take breaks from time to time. It's natural. It also helps to get the creative juices flowing again when I take a little time away.
As far as when I post a discussion, I do pay close attention to them as much as I can and I do respond to virtually every response I receive. Even the ones that I don't really agree with, I try to find a common ground and at the same time I try to firmly stick to the point I was trying to make in the first place.

Well, I have had those days too where you just are not really up to talking that much. I have taken a day off here and there from the myLot site. Sometimes I might feel like I do not want to talk, but if I do come online to myLot sometimes a friend can make my day and lift my mood. willGenerally if I am not much up to talking, I will just do some reading through the posts. If I see something that I feel up to responding to I will post a comment or response.
As for ideas for discussion questions, I will post discussion about things going on in my life or random thoughts of things that I think about throughout the day. Like today, I went to wash a stubborn pan. It inspired me to start a discussion about house cleaning tips. I had a couple ideas to share, and hopefully I will get some more tips because I can always use to lean easier ways to clearn.

We are only human beings and get to tire of doing things over and over again even if we enjoy it. Try sleeping non-stop for several days and you will realize that you get tired of doing nothing.
I have been on and off MyLot for almost 2 years now. One thing is certain, I keep on going back to Mylotting because I know for certain that they pay and every little amount that I get is beneficial for me since I'm still in a financial bind but happily on the road to recovery.
If you get tired of doing certain things, think about the reason why you stayed this long doing this stuff and just think of the reward that you will get if you continue.
Consider this period as a wake up call and rest assured, you will be back on track.

It is a good thing that Mylot allows us to speak our minds as long as we follow the simple guidelines they have imposed. So glad too, that they do not require us to post certain number of discussion or comments just to be able to maintain our accounts.
I do not force myself to post anything if I am not in the mood, or reply to any discussion if I don't feel like responding. I just do it at my own pace, no pressure at all.

I don't get tired of it, it is just that I like to talk more than most and sometimes..no one wants to talk here! I am alone so MyLot is my place for friends and chatting so no, I don't get tired of commenting on discussions, but sometimes I do find I can't think of anything to start a discussion about...I love crafts and there doesn't seem to be many others that can talk the day away about crafts!!!! But i find something to talk about somewhere! I respond to all comments made on my discussions and I post comments to others discussions. I have alot of fun,and meet lot of people...I share, they share,we all learn while having fun!

Me too, I'm getting indolent sometimes to post and response too because there are some topics that I cannot relate and sometimes it's too exhausted to read when the post is very long. What I did was just to log out and open Facebook. If you are in the mood, you can open back your mylot account. :)

these past few days i actually felt that also.. where i`m kinda lazy thinking of the topics to post in here.. so i`m just responsing to the discussion but i`m also lazy about responsing so i just response in some discussion i felt that i`m kinda relating.. but now i`m back on my feet again.. i response to the discussion where i can relate with all my mind..
