Skinny Dipping

I live about 30 miles inland from a popular UK Beach resort. That sands stretch for Miles and a more secluded area is is reserved for nude sunbathing and swimming. There is no absolute requirement to be naked on the beach but you have to be aware that others may well be unclothed and it is not an area for prudes. I confess that I have yet to walk along the beach naked. However, I have no particular objection to it. I wonder if many people would be willing to swim and sunbathe naked in the full glare of the passing public.

I've always been quite self conscious, so I've never considered going in front of others. I've been asked to go to a beach closer to home; a supervisor at work thought it'd be fun if we all went (that was before he realized that he shouldn't be friendly with subordinates). Fortunately, that never came to be. Now I have considered going to some of the resorts in the Caribbean that had a private beach assigned to a room, and go with a lover. I figure being naked in front of them at the beach isn't too difficult from being naked in front of them in real life. I also have no realize desire to see a number of people naked at once. Makes me rather uncomfortable.

I grew up in the 70's - They were simple times. I learnt to swim in the canal. In the hot evening sun is was quite common to see kids skinny dipping in the canal.

I grew up a few years before you by the River Thames, we swam in it but I don't recall skinny dipping.

Well, having frequented Wreck Beach in Vancouver many times, I can tell you there isn't a lot of supermodels there, just ordinary people who like to get as much vitamin D as possible. Sure, there was the occasional Japanese tourist with camera strolling fully clothed, but they knew better than to take pictures. If you do go, remember to put on your sunscreen before you leave the house, then again at the beach, and keep applying it at regular intervals. A sunburn were the sun usually doesn't shine, hurts more.

I can not do that. Because I just can't stand some people staring at me while I have my sensitive part exposed in the broad daylight like that. Maybe I am still old fashion, but I can't stand the public eyesight watching on me like that. What about you? Can you stand it?

I have never done it. But I think that I could if the circumstances were right. I am a show off!

At the present time, no. I can never imagine myself skinny dipping or going to bare my body in public. Maybe when I get back to my shape but honestly, I can never do it.
