Menstrual acne is very common in women; it signifies that your body is working properly. It usually shows outbreak every month that coincides with your regular menstruation. Acnes also come up most especially when you have hormonal instabilities which occur during your monthly menstrual cycle a hormonal reaction to what’s going on your system. A good treatment to fight such breakouts is to consult a doctor they will give you treatment options such as pills which helps you aid menstrual acnes. Another simple way to treat breakouts on your period is proper skincare before; during and after your cycle in a way it can help you reduce pimples. Lastly, take good food such as fruits and veggies maintain nutritional supplements regularly to help your prevention of acne during your menstrual cycle. Supplements such as zinc, amino acid, and L-carnitine can improve and minimize acne blemishes and breakouts.

You will find very good all natural remedies at this link. The apple cider vinegar they mention must be organic as this has not had all the good qualities removed from it by distilling. http://earthclinic.com/CURES/acne.html I hope this helps. Good luck!

I understand that acne is caused by pores becoming clogged with dirt and bacteria and oil and that left untreated can be unsightly and become infected. I also am surprised that you spend a lot of time in the sun because that is thought to be something that causes acne to be worse. Have you heard that? I wouldn't wash my face more than two times a day because you may be causing the skin to become inflammed from too much washing. Find a soap that is sold to treat acne flareups and see if that helps. I took my daughter to a dermatologist who prescribed medicines for her outbreaks and in about six months her face was much clearer. I wish you the best because I understand how much you desire healthy skin.

Your in a adolescents stage so I think that is normal. We all experience that (maybe except for those with hormonal imbalance). If you have an oily face, which is one cause of acne, I suggest you use baby powder to lessen it. Also remember to wash your face before going to bed to remove the dirt on it. And if you are using something for your face like soup, I suggest you don't change from one to another. It is much better to consult a dermatologist so that you'll know the right thing to use. :)

I am now 27 years old and I have been suffering acne for the past 4 months now , I had blamed the soap that I had used which I thought It was a magical that it would turned my skin fair, glowing , blemish free as promised. The first time I used it, I had already felt the effect (or maybe it's psychological) but there was no harsh reaction and my face felt so smooth and soft, a week later, I noticed that I had pimples in my temporal area which I usually experienced from time to time, so I guess it must be a normal reaction of the soap. I felt horrible one day when I had seen that my pimples have multiplied thrice and five times and there were super red and painful, some are cystic acne ( contains pus). So I utterly stopped the soap! and find cure. I tried almost everything that contains "anti-acne" and so on like benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, tea tree oil whatever. I was so desperate that nothing happened. Then I went HBC store local store, and found a set of facial wash, toner and cream named ACNESOL. So I was so happy with the result because it literally dried my pimples in a week time . Now, only acne marks left and slowly fading because ACNESOL has also exfoliating effect. Hopefully this would help you.
