Fate or Devotion which plays the important role

Many times I have seen that apart from grate devotion and hard labor people fails to get success in their work. At that point I happen to ask my self, why this happen to that fellow besides his hard work and strangely some times one thing comes to my mind "is there any thing like FATE that played the key roll in his failure". I don't know, you may have some good experience to share.

I always believe in one's destiny. When one is fated to be rich, to be a great person... then he is bound to have that happen to his life with efforts as well... and this is to happen. I mean of course when you have faith but have no works, then you are sure to be delayed with what your fate is to give you

sometimes part of the hard labor is trying to be so good with the "boss" that's why they gain success in the work. LOL. some people were so lucky with work and they can easily get good and quality type of job and when they leave this job, they can still get another good and quality jobs. Yes, it is their fate. but we can change it, just be good at what you do as always.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well yes u are absolutely right, this does happen with most of the people that compels them to think about their fate and luck. i know luck does play a very big role in our life but that does not mean that we should start ruing our luck every time we miss our target or goals. We should trust ourselves, believe in God and have faith on our luck and i am sure everything will go in a smoother way.
What say?
