what's the best site for editing photos?

hey! does anyone know and may suggest free sites to edit photos or making collages? i know some sites but it's not really that good :P

Hello there's this site called picnik.com but unfortunately they shut it down. But there are several alternative free open source softwares you can install so that you can edit your photos with collage,effects,enhancements, etc. You can check out Photoscape it's a user friendly editing software that enables you a hassle and non-mind blowing interface on editing and enhancing your photos.

The camera can capture the real picture of life. It reminds us the unforgettable experience and remembers the happy thoughts. For all reason, we loved to browse the loose-leaf books embedded with photos. I am also looking for the site photo sharing and have some revenues from them.
