Breitling/Wakmann Aircraft Clock

The clock I have has the name Breitling and Wakmann at the 9 and 3 position on the face. inside is the wording : Breitling watch corp/ 16 jewels.the main dial is a 24 hour cloc. at the twelve o'clock position there is a small twelve hour clock.The twelve hour and secondhand are activated by a push knob on the front of the clock. Can anyone give me some information, ie, year of manufacture,functions of the three knobs on the front face etc.
