I like the attitude that my workplace concern about all of its employee overall health well being. They not only give us advice on day to day eating well program, but also encourage us to exercise more while we can. Lately, my workplace also send us this new program called "Quit For Life Program", which targeted on employee who smoke tobacco. This program is totally free, and they would encourage who is a heavy smoker should participate it. That is a good gesture toward all of us as employee though. Not only enhance our overall health well being, but also make us less likely take sick day, and we can work better too. I think corporate America should adopt those benefit policy for all its employees.

i envy you. i wish my company would also implement programs such as that. this never happens to mine since those who are supposed to be implementing "rules" are the first ones who break them. that is a good thing. because a rotten tomato could affect the whole basket of them. should one of you gets sick, it becomes contagious until most of you are already ill. anyway, however could find a company such as yours.
