A good relationship may start from the basic until it reaches to what you longed for..Knowing each other, keeping in touch to know more about each one, honesty ,sincerity, respect and trust of course..

Cristina beti I don't know what you mean by 'relationship' Guess it is between husband and wife, i was married to Bhuwan long back in 1966, i bet 'we are the happiest couple' on this planet lol

Mom, it can be to both husband and wife or to both love ones ...which is the beginning of intimate love that reaches to married life..Yes I'm sure you are as Dad shared some for me and I am very proud to tell you too that we feel the same as you, being the happiest couple in the world..Though trials and obstacles are always there then we learn to be strong to face for it..this teaches us to be more strongers we moved on..

hi, good relationship will happen when both of the lover have loyalty,respect,trust and love for both of them then the relationship will last longer,because once of the four will none of the relationship then it may affect all of them and will totally ruin their relationship.

that's for sure, if we are in one that makes us suffer or uncomfortable, or we don't trust the love or friend we are close to it can make us loose sleep, be insecure to be stabbed anytime or whatever so it's not really healthy. A relationship must be always based in feelings, not money, convenience or so many reasons people stick together. It will hurt.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Yes u are absolutely right, every relationship starts from the basic and as time goes on it has to pass through several ups and downs and it is only then that it gets stronger and stronger with time. Each relationship should be valued and respected and that is how it will turn out to be a good relationship in the end. We should always keep intact the spirit in a relationship. What say?

What I have discovered that really helps to maintain a long time relationships is to be each others' best friends. Best friends have a harder time to break up than lovers do. Best friends know that they can trust each other and they really enjoy each others' company. Romance is important but what is just as important is friendship.
