How clean is your room?

Hey guys, i am very particular about cleanliness and that is reason why i have decorated my room with many decorative items for i feel that if a place is neat clean and hygienic then i get good vibes to unwind and spend my time over there.
I have been to my friend's hostel once and without wasting a single moment, i ran out of his room and returned to my house. he called me up and asked me about this behavior and i clearly mentioned him that his room was very messy and i could not tolerate and hence i left.
I also know that many guys do not get time to keep their rooms clean and hence they are always characterized by messy and untidy rooms.
What are your thoughts on this? How clean is your room? Are you particular about cleanliness like me? Please leave your valuable thoughts!

I'd like to maintain a clean room too but i get really tired sometimes that i put off fixing my room until the dirt piles up and then i schedule a general cleaning on my free day, i find this harder because its harder to clean accumulated mess. And having an unclean room can be very comfortable, sometimes i leave everything on my bed, i sleep together with everything. I've found that its a very bad habit

Thanks a ton for sharing your valuable response. Well i can understand your situation very well and i know that sometimes u must be getting tired due to which u would be failing to clean up the mess and there is nothing to moan about it. U can plan out a single day wherein u can clean up the mess so that it does not get u involved in cleaning every day.

Not really, i prefer having to do a little clean everyday than do all the cleaning all at once. When the day i have to clean usually comes i end up putting it off for another day.

Well yes i think that sounds better and it would be good if we spare few minutes at least each day to get our rooms cleaned so that we do not end up having our encounter with a piled up mess. But as u said about delaying it to the next day, i think u should be active in this regard and delaying things is never a good idea.

I hate dirty house, but right now my bedroom is not clean, because I live with my niece, and there is no place, to put all my belonging right now, and this room won't be clean until, I move out, I am waiting for my apartment, to come through with housing, and as soon as that happens I will be moving out, of here then this room will be clean.

Thanks a ton for sharing your valuable response. Well i am glad to know that u hate dirty houses and i can understand your situation very well. Whenever there is someone in house then it is bound to get messy and disturbed. So just have patience and wait till u shift to a new apartment where u can decorate according to your own wishes.

I am also very particular with cleanliness. I feel healthy and can work more if everything is in order. People love it when they see and smell that my place is neat. But sometimes it looks boring if nothing is scattered from time to time. I have nothing to do if my husband keeps on remembering to put thinsg in order after he use it.
Life is fun and exciting so sometimes I let the litter be a litter.

Thanks a ton for your valuable response. Well yes u are absolutely right, when your rooms are clean then not only u but also the visitors will get a sense of cleanliness and tidiness around them and that is very important for us.
I do not find any logic when u said that it is boring when nothing is scattered as it would look disordered and we human beings have a habit of praising organized things and then we should also maintain it on a personal level.

I am not much particular about entire cleanness or spotlessly cleanness. But i do prefer if anybody would do it for me. I will be thankful to him for such an act. I do not have any decorative items but yes i do have the things of my choice and requirement to work with. And a moderate cleanness i do make. But i am not much choosy of it.So that at least nobody feels to run out of my room and comment on the shabbiness of the room.

Thanks a ton for your valuable response. Yes u are absolutely right, even if we are not able to maintain spotless cleanliness around us, at least we should make an effort to keep things clean and neat. So that there will be no chance of others getting any negative feelings about us and our surroundings. I am glad to know that u try your best to keep things as much as clean as possible so that no body gets a chance to complain. Keeping things of your own choice in your room is a good thing and we should adhere to it.

i'm just opposite to you i never clean my room, because lack of time and more laziness. i wondered about your thought most of the boys don't like to clean up the room.

Thanks a ton for your valuable response. Oh yeah even i feel the same that most of the boys like to leave their rooms messy and that is their characteristic habit. He he he. Yeah i can understand that most of the guys due to paucity of time and out of laziness never pays heed to cleaning of their room as a result the filth and dirt and mess keeps on increasing and that was is the reason why most of the rooms in hostels are messy and untidy. I hope sometime in the coming days u will find time to clean up your rooms.

I hate mess and dirt 
I am very particular about cleanliness as well. I am very organized in every thing inside my room. Thing is always in order from closet to drawers. When i wake up and it's messy it's like I am in a bad mood. So before I sleep everything must organized and clean.

Well i am glad to hear that u are very much particular about cleanliness and even i believe that when u are very much aware of things around u then it also reflects your personality as well. Even i get the same feeling whenever i get up from bed and hence i make it a point that things are organized around me otherwise it would turn me off.
