hp630 blutooth problem

Hello! i bought a new hp 630 last week and with the driver on the system, it shows that the system have blutooth but the driver installed on it for blutooth singifies that there is error with the driver. the, i downloaded a compatible from hp site and when i was installing the driver, the respond i got was that the blutooth must be turn on before the installation can be completed. i have tried all i think i can but still i can use my system blutooth uptill now and i need it for file sharing with my phone. please i need assistance on this
