It is really hard to tell at this point, especially if the cause of the allergy is unknown. The best thing that you can do at this point is to immediately discontinue the use of the new cleansing milk. It is one way of narrowing down or eliminating what triggers the allergy to act up. If after that and your allergy still persists or it got worse, it starts to really bother you, then best to consult a specialist to have it checked on by a proper doctor. But if it stopped, then now you know that that particular brand of cleansing milk isn't good for your skin. Next time you wanna try a new brand, try to do a skin allergy test first. Get the smallest container of the product and use it to your inner upper arm and inner jaw and wait for 12-24 hours for any harsh side effects. If it's alright, then there's a good chance that it will not harm your skin. But of course, nothing beats the professional advise of a specialist.

Yeah that could be the problem and it took a short time to show up. The ingredient in it may not be compatible with your skin. I have sensitive skin and these cases are not new to me. It may be time to let go of your new cleansing milk.
