A mylotter just enlighten my mind. These 3 categories of work I have been into and one that I like most is in No 3. No 1 Office-working with loads of paperwork with deadlines, answering to your boss about this and that, following tedious working hour and routine work. No 2 Being your own boss by setting up office, managing a group of employees. I don't like to handle to many people. No 3 Working with a group of people and help each other towards achieving targets. Time is flexible. I want to say that even though money is important, but having trust and cooperation with your employer increase your confidence and joy to do the work. Agree?

what is money if one day you'll lose your job because your boss no longer trust you? so I totally agree with you, trust is very important. I remember my boss before. He was so kind to me and if there was a person who saw and appreciated my work, that was him. It feels great when someone see you as "great" but to hear it directly from your boss, is truly rewarding.

It is really hard to come by boss who are really very kind to their staff. You are really lucky to have found one such boss.

Work effiency builds on mutual trust and cooperation. I firmly believe this. Team work is vital in today's job. Trust to each other will definately enhance your ability and give you a good environment to work. Then, you will gain more confidence in work.

I would say mutual trust is built on work efficiency. A downline always try to achieve the trust of his or her upline. But an upline never try to achieve the trusts of his or her downlines.

Choi Yee, indeed trust must have in everyone to be able to work together as a team. I do discovered that boss who don't trust their staffs, won't be able to have staff who are able to work long for him. Because we as staff also need boss to have trust and confidence in our work, then only we are willing to work for them. No staff willing to work long for a company which the boss don't trust their staffs. Hope you will be able to find your favorite flexible job soon.
