How many times have you gone to sleep at night, swearing you will go to the gym in the morning, and then changing your mind eight hours later because when you get up, you don't feel like doing exercise? I have experienced this many times. But now, I am trying to set goals and I'm determined to do it this time. How about you?

Many many times, I've been planning to workout for months already but until now I haven't really started it yet. I have downloaded the video I was to follow for my workout but only watched it once. I have to start it sooner, it's already December and I expect to gain more weight at this time of the year.

Hi friend, we must do our work properly and keep up our oaths. If you decide to go to the gym, then no one can stop you. You must be strict with your decision. As you mentioned you are interested in setting goals, keep it up and follow your goals

Yes goals is the way to go, and to stick to them. I make goals for my routine,I find that once I start my routine I can really get into it and then I feel so good that I actually did the rountine and it sets me up for the day aheard. By the way I have set up goals for mylot as I was getting lazy on mylot and I want ot put lots of effort into mylot, so set myself good goals that I can reach. Always make goals that are easy to reach and then keep moving the goal posts very slowly so you don't want ot give up

I admit I am a lazy morning riser so I prefer to exercise in the evening. I jog late in the afternoon or play some gymnastics on TV and dance for an hour. That will help me keep fit and lose some calories and toxins.

I like to workout in the evening. Try to change the time of day for your routine.

Yeah, because were lazy bones. haha. Im always have that attitude, swearing tomorrow's better than today. atleast I feel guilty if I miss my work-out then the next day I strive to work harder. haha but still everyday is a struggle. I just can't muster any strength or vigor to exercise.

This always happens to me so I've decided not to do or say anything in future. I tried to get into a work out routine quite some time ago. I end up not going after say 3 days!! I suppose this is a common problem with a lot of people - getting lazy & the, not going to the gym.. DISCIPLINE...!! :)

Haha it can happy to any body due to "laze" is the biggst enemy of human beings.Your situation happy many times to me,sometimes I even do not willing to get up especially in the weekend, and I really it is a waste of my time,so may be I should make a exercise plan and do it as routine.

This happens to me a lot too. And you are right, setting goals and making realistic schedules can help you overcome this feeling. And of course getting rid of "laziness" is the real key coz no mater how you set amazing goals and schedules if you can not beat your laziness then it would be useless :)

You can take the horse to the water but cant force it to drink. This saying holds good for you too. Only you can convince yourself to go to the workout on a daily morning basis. You keep the continuity for at least a month then it becomes a practice.

I love going to the gym and if I am paying to utilize a gym, I would be using the gym. I would rather go to the gym than to workout at home. If I have my heart set on working out, nothing will stop me from getting my workout in. If you are setting goals and you are determined to workout or go to the gym, you will more than likely succeed. Good luck.

I also have those episodes. What would keep me from doing a daily exercise routine is the fact that my schedule is highly dependent on my kids activities. If my baby won't sleep long enough for me to do a 45min to 1 hour work out, then I'd have to forget the yoga mat.

I ever set up mind to keep healthy by running in the morning. Ar first, I can go to park running At 8am. But now, it is getting colder and colder. I just cannot persist in this excercise since it is too cold outside and I have to run about ten minutes to keep me warm.

I only feel like that a couple of times every year. I play icehockey on a semi-professional level so I love working out. What you can do is workout with a friend! I think playing in a team is the main reason I get up in the morning to exercise!
