Inspiration for working out

I'm very skinny and underweight so about 2 years ago, i started working out but stopped and then last year i started working out again and then stopped again and now i wanted to start again. i know that results for working out shows very slow but i think its what i need to keep on going. any suggestions so that i won't stop this time?

Welcome to myLot. If you are really into it, I guess you won't stop doing it. You just lack motivation. You should tell yourself that you need to do it. It's for your own good. You have to discipline yourself. Goodluck. I hope you will have good results in the future.
