The other night, I bought my B comples supplements. It was for only 12 pieces. When it was given to me , it was already stapled with the receipt. I was about to go, when I had a second thought. I take away the staple and counted them. It was only for 10 pieces. Thus, I told the cashier. They then checked their counter and found the other two there and gave it to me. They apologized and I just nodded. From then on, I saw that they don’t staple the wrapper anymore, for the customers to check the medicines the bought.

It's a good thing you followed your feelings. They may not mean it but as customers and people who care about our goods or items we bought, we should always check. You are fortunate that you have a habit of checking. Actually I have this habit too not because I count but sometimes because they are very occupied. It happened to me several times and I have learned my lessons. There were instances that the items are bought were not the same that's why it became a habit to check. And also I always aks for a new one. Little things mean a lot so I hope we should all be careful.

We are always confident that peopel won't cheta on us. They may not cheta but because of too much things on their mind or workload they sometime sbecame careless. You see if we had not experienced this things we will not be extra cautious about our things.

Sometimes our overconfidence on people puts us into trouble, like in this case. Had i not checked it, i wouldn't have retrieved the missing ones anymore. Well, i am always like this my friend, very self assuring.

I actually experienced having some missing items the moment i checked them at home. Thus, from then on i learned my lesson too and so that's why i am like that already. Besides , as buyers we should always be like that.

It is always wise to check before leaving the counter; once you leave the counter none will hear your complaint, glad to know you got the refund.. i have never faced any such.

Maybe you never faced such kind of incident professor, because you are vigilant of what's being placed in the bag , while it is undergoing.

I am aware of such things happening in malls and big bazars, some employee do it intentionally; if caught they say it is fault, we have almost stopped shopping in malls; it is costly because we have to hire an auto well the grocery supplier, the stationary shop here, of which we are the regular buyer; delivers things in our home, he comes with bill checks each and every item right in front.. 'checking what you have bought is always good'

In your case, Kalyni where you buy in bulk, it is always a must to check on the items being delivered as against the delivery receipt. That way, you will not be billed for the lacking items.

Good thing that you checked it right away and not at home. I used to be like that now, checking things thag I bough and the receipt to make sure that the price of things that I bought was right and the fact that the amount that I will pay is right. There some intances in fastfoods that the food that they served during our take out were not right and there time that the meal that they punch is not the meal that we order so I am also be the one who double check if the billing is right and the things served are right too.

Oh yes ardoy, those take outs on fast foods, i really check them. I always have some added orders for hot sauce or gravy, so i always make sure they are served.

Hi friend, yes the shop keepers and sales persons must check their things as well as it is our duty to check the things before consuming to avoid unwanted issues, good to know the shop persons accepted their fault

This is one thing that we neglect to do (sometimes) I do check items that I bought due to this reason. There was a time that the lady in the counter forgot my bread and I was already home when I saw it. Good thing I purchased it from the nearest 711 in our area- just few blocks away so I ask my son to drive me back to the store-duh. If not because of the price I won't mind leaving it there- but we know how costly items at 711...duh.

So you see Jaiho, we should always check or be vigilant of the purchases as they are packed. They might just overlooked the left item, but it's hard to go back just for the missing item. Yes, buying at 711 is costly, because it's a convenience store.

You are lucky to get the things you bought back. It's right that we should check what we have bought or it will be us who have a loss. Though I never experienced it, but I really heard someone around me suffered it. Thanks for your advice, and enjoy yourself.

Actually as buyers, we should always be apprehensive of what we bought, my friend. Checking it e after it has been wrapped is a good way. But to avoid also doing that, we should be vigilant as they put our purchases into the bag.

Its good that you checked the products well in time and was able to get the missing supplements. Many times the shop keepers do not agree to their mistakes if we go to them later. One has to be more careful while shopping.
