I've had no proper and enough sleep this past few weeks and it's really taking its toll on my body. I keep on getting headaches and I easily get dizzy when I move quickly. I can also feel a vein around my left eye that keep son beating every now and then. Do I need to worry or after some good rest this should disappear?

Oh yes, I know what you mean, I get all kinds of weird symptoms if I don't sleep enough too. But seriously, I think you need to get some more sleep, and probably you will feel much better then. But in case you don't, get some sleep anyway, just to find out. If something else is wrong, you'd want to know about it sooner than later, right?

Try to get sleep and rest, you may have migrain headaches and veritgo, but seek advice and treatment from your doctor.

I have experienced that several times before and it is definitely due to lack of sleep. I feel better after catching up on sleep and taking supplements such as vitamin C. Also, drink tea to detoxify. That "beating" feeling on your left eye may also be due to improper position while sleeping. try to sleep on the position you feel comfortable the most. :)

I think you should take enough sleep. Do not force yourself to stay awake at the midnight if your eyes want to sleep. If it still have a problem you should go to see a doctor.

Maybe it is a due to your lack of sleep. You have to do some measures to promote good sleep like drinking milk and avoid intake of caffeinated fluids before going to sleep. Stress is also one contributing factor for sleep problem.Relaxation activities may also be a big help for that like listening music and yoga.
