what is the best to lose weight? diet or tablet?

i have tried many ways. but i can tell you the tablets are harmful to our health. we should not take them. one day, my friend recommend me the doctor, who just arraged the diet plan i eat and it is effective and healthy. if you want to lose weight, you can try it http://tinyurl.com/c4ol4hb hope you can be thiner in healthy way

Just answering this in a simple way- Exercise!!! The best natural way to retain fitness rather than making yourself starve by dieting or taking tablets. Have a nice day!!

I would suggest you to go for diet and exercise rather than tablets. I am not sure about the tablets and other things. I would suggest you to go for walking. I think walking helps to reduce weight and also helps to keep one in good shape.

I think exercise and diet both are important to loose weight. Never use tablets to loose weight, it has lot of side effects.

The best way to lose weight is to exercise. I try to walk whenever I can and when the weather is fit to walk. i enjoy walking and it gets me off my easy chair and it gets the dogs their exercise too. I also take in fruits and vegetables each day, as they arfe good for me, and it is better than eating things that aren't healthy for me. I actually drink my fruits and vegetables as I extract them in my nutribullet and make a nutriblast, or smoothie. i take them twice a day, and I know it is helping as I am starting to feel better, and I am losing a little weight, albeit not that much, as it is coming off very slowly. I want to be healthy at the same time that i am trying to lose weight. Take care and have a very good day.

The tablets have to be prescribed by a specialist and a diet with tablets has to be controled by the doctor. Tablets not always are good for us. The best way to loose weight is eating healthy and make regularly exercise. The tablets not always are good as they may have side effects. I new a doctor who prescribed those tablets which had one of those side effects including the possibility to get chest cancer.
